Why the hybrid approach?
This approach allows for all types of learning styles and building styles. I also don't like the same old ways of doing things and want to ensure full activation and results.
Are sessions conducted online or in-person?
We do both. 1 to 1 mentoring is through audio and text at your pace when you need (no boring zooms), pop up sessions, at your pace videos and learning, masterminds with a group and there are in person master sessions.
Who is this for?
Normally those drawn to my style of mentorship are leaders in business and ministry. They are usually 5-fold leaders or those that don't need convincing business or God is the way to go. They are not wanting to be enabled or coddled but supported and heard. They have normally tried so many things and yes have had success but there is something missing, burnout or they are good at what they do but don't have systems or scalability.
Are you covered?
Yes, I am covered by One Kingdom Ministries with Apostles Brian & B.J. Pleasant. I am also held accountable by other 5-fold leaders and take leading people seriously. I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior and minister and teach through the Bible (the living Word of God).

We are not to hold back and think or be small. That's operating within fear. When we operate from a place of love we will truly rise and be authentic. Tanya Tenica has an approach that got her nicknamed "The Activator". While coming from love she doesn't enable, baby or come into agreement with excuses. She is one that is a leader of leaders and will surely ensure you are supported to walk in your fullness. She is fun and loving and has a childlike heart which allows her to bring correction, teaching and humility to how she leads.
What is Tanya's Belief?
Tanya believes the mandate is to be a visible demonstration of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven, where Kingdom truths, values, principles, priorities, and ethics are not only taught, but embraced, believed, and initiated daily to transform culture. She believes in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the fullness of what is commonly known as the 5 fold functions within Ephesians 4. She believes in demonstrating the leading with agape love, prayer, fasting, and being slow to speak but quick to listen as she takes leading others seriously.
